Yoga Nidra is a simple practice promoting deep relaxation.   

  • Through a process of deepening into the body Yoga Nidra takes you into a restorative experience of consciousness between wakefulness and sleep.
  • Relieves stress and nervous tension and/or enhances moving into sleep.
  • Yoga Nidra is traditionally practiced laying down, but can also be practiced seated.


Incorporated into the Yoga Nidra is a healing Heart Center meditation.
