Once you have shopped for all your items you can click on the shopping bag in the top right hand corner where it will take you to a new page to process payments and postage details.

Out of Stock Items

Please be advised that due to the 'the old artisan way' nature of zentaimprints printing & production, in the event of out of stock items, please allow up to 2 weeks wait-time for supply of orders (in addition to international or domestic mailing time).  We thank you for your patience.

Shipping
All orders are shipped using Australia Post. Shipping costs are a flat rate and will be added to the order total before checkout. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and can take between 2 - 7 business days. International shipping times depend on the delivery destination. We do not have any means to calculate the duration.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame being published, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct.

In the case of entering an incorrect shipping address, please contact us ASAP. We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.
